Also - have you ever thought about the cost of a 'thank you?' Well, the HPV (snicker) errr.. Human Powered Vehicles (a bicycle?) team used a bunch of our wood to build a giant crate to ship their bicycle somewhere and took about 2 1/2 hours of our TD's time. In the process, they NEVER said thank you or offered to pay for the wood, so I decided to send them a bill for the wood. $65 for wood (which is probably low) that would've been free if they had just said thank you. I will now be selling 'thank yous' at a discount price of $50 if anyone wants a few...
